Rasheedah Fletcher

Rasheedah Fletcher, LCMHCA (she/her), is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate at Avighna Holistic Care in Raleigh, North Carolina. She is dedicated to providing empathetic, empowering, and affirming mental health support for individuals of all ages. Specializing in therapy for children (ages 6+), teens, and young adults, Rasheedah helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, and parental-relational challenges.

With a warm and welcoming approach, Rasheedah creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can express themselves freely and explore personal growth. She believes in collaborative therapy and guides individuals toward self-awareness, confidence, and emotional well-being. Her goal is to help clients develop the tools they need to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and thrive in their daily lives.

In addition to her work as a therapist, Rasheedah serves as a high school counselor, providing vital support to students navigating academic, social, and emotional challenges. 

Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time as a devoted aunt and indulging in her passion as a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur.
