Tessa Grotzinger

Tessa, MPH, CHES, serves as the Community Liaison at Avighna Holistic Care. She leads community outreach efforts throughout the area, building and maintaining strong relationships with local organizations, providers, and partners to expand access to vital mental health resources.

In addition to outreach, Tessa supports Avighna’s marketing initiatives, including managing social media, creating newsletters, and helping share the clinic’s mission and services with the community. She is passionate about increasing behavioral health awareness and ensuring Avighna remains visible, accessible, and responsive to community needs. Outside of work, Tessa enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors—running, paddle boarding, golfing, and watching sports.
